Veracana takes Brazilian sugar to importers and manufacturers abroad. We look for mills that value what we do: correct documentation, consistent quality and agreements in writing.
What we look for
Products and volumes
Crystal and refined sugar
ICUMSA 100–150 and ICUMSA 45, in 50 kg bags or big bags, for container export.
Organic sugar
Crystal and golden, with organic certification valid for the destination markets.
VHP
Bulk lots for refineries, according to the shipping programme.
Volumes
From container lots to monthly programmes, according to the harvest and the mill’s capacity.
Our requirements
What we ask of suppliers
Our buyers run due diligence on us, and we do the same with every supplier.
- Active CNPJ and federal tax, FGTS and labour clearance certificates
- Valid environmental operating licence
- Not listed on the forced-labour employer register (Lista Suja) or the CEIS/CNEP registers
- Food-safety certification (e.g. FSSC 22000) for sugar intended for food
- Product specification sheet and certificate of analysis per lot
- Ability to issue the export documentation the destination requires

A clear commercial relationship
Written contract
Specification, volume, price, timing and payment terms agreed in writing for every deal.
Independent inspection
Quality and weight certified by an inspection company at loading.
Confidentiality
The mill’s commercial information is handled under a confidentiality agreement.
No misuse of your name
We never present a mill’s name to buyers without written permission.
