Quality & compliance

Quality you can test. Compliance you can check.

Every lot is inspected independently, and every counterparty, buyer or supplier, goes through due diligence. Our policies are published below.

Our standards

Four commitments behind every shipment

Quality control

From mill laboratory to load port

Specifications are agreed in each contract and verified twice: by the mill’s laboratory and by an independent surveyor.

  • Independent sampling and analysis at loading: ICUMSA colour, polarisation, moisture, ash and other contract parameters
  • Draft survey (bulk) or tally and weighing (bagged) for weight
  • Container or hold cleanliness inspection for food-grade cargo
  • Fumigation and phytosanitary certification where the destination requires it
